Children’s Nature Camp
Let’s celebrate our children and foster connection and kinship with our living earth to inspire tomorrow’s flourishing world.
We’re partnering with In Place, a nonprofit for place-centered nature education.
Offering a morning nature-based Children's Camp full of love, fun & nature connection.
Children’s Nature Camp is directed by Taira Restar, a respected elder in our community, who has decades of experience working with children in Waldorf and forest school settings. Taira and her team, Andrea Cortes-Juarbe, Anne Marie Falge, Rachael Olliff Yang and Stephanie Ormsby, will create a safe and caring morning for your children. Kids camp is offered for children of all genders from ages 4-10.
Children’s Camp will include lot’s of Child-led Play, plus these optional activities:
Nature Connection— nature games & books, kinship, nature walks, science Touch Table, journaling.
Arts and Crafts— nature-based and season-based crafts & arts.
Wellness Practices— gratitude, kindness, skillful communication.
Children’s Nature Camp will be offered from 9:30am - 12:30pm. All other activities during The Gathering will be child friendly, and celebrated.
Children’s Camp tickets include all nourishing meals.
